Dedicated to enhancing the well-being of seniors, Pratyusha Foundation organizes impactful programs in geriatric care. Recently, we have been engaged in training and placement of caregivers through Grandage Services Pvt. Ltd. In December 2025, we also supported a Carnatic classical music concert for the elderly at Subha Siddhi Vinayaka Mandir,  Mayur Vihar, as a part of music therapy for them. We also had the opportunity to serve as resource persons during the “Health Co-design Workshop” initiated by IIT Delhi between 14 and 17 October 2025.

Other past initiatives include a series of training sessions and workshops in locations such as Delhi, Nashik (Maharashtra), Naharlagun (Arunachal Pradesh) & Bijnor (UP), funded by Winage, and conferences and seminars/webinars. Pratyusha Foundation also co-organized a 3-day international conference on 'Elderly Empowerment and Graceful Ageing' in December 2024. This conference brought together experts, policymakers, and community leaders to explore how society can better support its ageing population. Additionally, we also conduct financial inclusion training frequently.
